Ingredients:
210g flour
140g butter
60g icing sugar
1 pinch of salt
2 egg yolks
some lemon zest
cocoa powder
Nutella
Preparation time:
Prep: 15 min
Rest: 10 min
Cook: 15 min
Total time: 40 min
Directions:
In a large bowl stir the flour with the icing sugar and a pinch of salt. Cut the butter into pieces and add it with a yolk to the flour.
Knead with your hands just until the dough comes together.
Cover it in plastic wrap in put it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven at 160°C/320°F and prepare two baking sheets with baking parchment.
Take a teaspoon of dough an form a disc in your hands. Put a bit of Nutella in the center (not too much!) and bring up the edges together. Form carefully a ball and put it on the parchment. Repeat this step, until the dough is exhausted.
Put the cocoa powder in a little cup. Take an empty bottle and damp the rim with water, then dip it in the cocoa powder. Place the bottle rim in the middle on the dough and press lightly to get the mushroom form.
Bake for about 10- 15 minutes.
