These little pastries are filled with a white chocolate custard and decorated with fresh fruits!
Ingredients for 12 Tartlets:
For the dough:
125g flour
75g butter
1 tablespoon of cold water
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 packet of vanilla sugar
1 pinch of salt

(You will need just half of the quantity)
For the decoration:
1 kiwi
strawberries
wild berries (also deep-frozen)
Preparation time:
Prep: 10 min
Cook: 15 min
Total time: 25 min
Directions:
In a large bowl, put the flour, the sugar, the vanilla sugar, the butter, the water, and a pinch of salt. Knead with your hands just until the dough comes together
Preheat the oven at 180°C/355°F. Roll out the dough on a floured working surface and put it into the tartlet pans. Gently fit into bottom and up sites of the pans and remove the overhang dough and poke the crust with a fork.
Bake for about 15 to 20 minutes, until golden. Let the crust cool completely.
Meanwhile peel a kiwi and cut it into slices, wash the strawberries and cut them in four.
Put some custard on the tartlets and decorate with the fruits.
