Delicious Coconut Tartlets with Nutella!
For the dough
225g flour
125g butter
70g icing sugar
60g grated coconut
1 pinch of salt
1 medium egg
lemon (zest & juice)
For the filling
Nutella

Cook: 20 min
Total time: 1 h
In a large bowl stir the flour with the grated coconut, the icing sugar and a pinch of salt. Cut the butter into pieces and add it with the egg to the flour. Knead with your hands just until the dough comes together. Cover it in plastic wrap in put it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven at 180°C/355°F.
Roll out the dough on a floured working surface and put it into the little tartlet pans.
Gently fit into bottom and up sites of the plate and remove the overhang dough and poke the crust with a fork. Add some Nutella on the tartlets.
Bake for about 15 minutes and decorate with some chopped hazelnuts ot grated coconut.
