Ingredients:

one baguette or Italian ciabatta
cherry tomatoes
cream cheese
salt
olive oil
fresh mint
black olives

Preparation time:

Prep: 10 min

Directions:

Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half. Wash the fresh mint leaves and cut the black olives into 4 pieces, to get the heads for the ladybirds.
Take other black olives and chop them into little dots.

Cut the bread into thick slices and drizzle them with olive oil and a bit of salt.
Preheat a frying pan over medium high heat. Place the toasts in the pan and cook, until golden. Flip over and continue cooking until golden on the other side.
Place the bread on a nice serving plate. Spread some cream cheese cream on each slice and place a mint leave on it. Take half of a cherry tomato (body of the ladybird) and the black olive (head of the ladybird) and connect them together on the mint leave.

Add the little black dots on the cherry tomato and take some cream cheese to draw the eyes with the help of a toothpick.
