Fluffy Kinder Chocolate Muffins

Try these fluffy Kinder Chocolate Muffins! There are very easy to prepare and aren't only appreciated by Kids!
Ingredients for 12 Muffins:

For the dough

75g margarine

40g sugar
1 medium egg
150g flour
125ml milk
½ packet of baking powder
1 packet of vanilla sugar
a pinch of salt
lemon zest
50g white chocolate
8 Kinder chocolate bars


For the decoration: 
icing sugar


Preparation time:

Prep: 15 min
Cook: 20 min
Total time: 35 min



Grease the cupcake pan and preheat the oven at 160°C/320°F.  

In a medium bowl, stir the margarine with the sugar and the vanilla sugar, until creamy.  Add the egg, and some lemon zest and continue whisking. 

Sift the flour with the baking powder and the salt into the bowl and mix. Add the milk and stir, until well blended. 

Chop 6 Kinder chocolate bars and the white chocolate. Use a silicone spatula to fold in carefully the chopped chocolate.
Pour the mixture into the cupcake pan. Cut 2 Kinder chocolate bars into pieces and place them on the top of the muffins.

Bake for about 20 minutes until a toothpick inserted into the centre comes out clean. Let the cupcakes cool out completely

Let them cool down completely and sprinkle them with icing sugar.
